From the garden you can see the Murray River Across the road, almost hidden by the tall gum trees on the banks.

Barmah Holiday Cottage sleeps a maximum 7 people - all linen provided. 3 bedrooms. (1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, 3 Single Beds.)

Arrival time: 14:00 hours. Departure: 11:00 hours.

Total rate per night for house is for 2-8 people.

Peak: All public and school holidays Victoria - $200 per night

Off Peak: All other times - $180 per night

Minimum 2 night stay at all times except Long weekends (3 nights) and Christmas Holidays (5 nights).

Cancelation Policy

If booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival 50% of the booking will be forfieted. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival 100% will be forfeited.
